Longhorns Insider: OU coach says Horns deserve No. 1 seed

Thanks in part to UT's victories over UCLA, Tennessee, Kansas & his own Sooners, Oklahoma coach Jeff Capel thinks the Longhorns should be a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.
